9) Bandwidth, This is very important for the experience of users.
10) Terms of the contract, Be careful when you click yes on the aggrement.

12) Tracking, Does the ISP offer traffic reports or other information you can use to keep track of who is visiting your site?
13) Other website help, Any free services including website-design and site- submit?
14) Data transfer, How much data transfer comes with the account?
